PC PROGRAM
The Preferred Communities (PC) Program, funded by the Office of Refugee Resettlement, helps refugees who are especially vulnerable and face exceptional challenges achieving self-sufficiency and stability.

The PC program allows us to stay connected to these newcomer refugees long after the initial resettlement period. We provide support through intensive case management for up to 1 year for those vulnerable refugees facing barriers finding success in their new life.
